Refund / Cancellation Policy
Thanks for expressing interest and registering for our program.
If you are not able to attend our training, we're here to help.
Cancellation
After registering for our program, if in case you are not able to attend the program, you can cancel the participation by writing us at cpe.enquiries@yahoo.com or support@cpetech.co before 48 hours of session startup.
** Session startup indicates only the 1st session.
After 48 hours, there is no cancellation allowed and refund cant be processed.
If you would like to swap the batch i.e., for example from batch - 1 to batch - 2, then you need to request us before 24 hours of training startup and the swapping shall be done based on slot availability. If no slots are available, we will be helpless.
Refunds
If you are eligible for a refund, then we would process your refund within 5 working days.
The payment mode shall be mailed to us at support@cpetech.co, with below details,
i. when you have raised a cancellation request,
ii. participants registration number,
iii. mode of transfer for refund i.e., like bank to bank transfer / UPI / QR Code transfer.
